Last month I thought of changing the format of the Do Not Miss. For now, since the list just grows and grows, I'm going to classify links by categories. I hope this makes the browsing easier and more comfortable. Let's just sit back and relax, for here I present you the refurbished Do Not Miss for the month of October 2014:
Miniatures
- Abyssal Warlord, by Martin Goumaz: It's always good to see what Martin is up to. Lovely futuristic version of the Abyssal Warlord! And if that isn't enough, another one!
- Magmatrax Tribue by Javier González (Arsies) and Roberto Chaudon: I wish I had a Magmatrax at home. Someone also thought like me and asked Javi and Roberto for their own version.
- Four new Thomas David's models for Kingdom Death: Can't stress enough how lucky this company is for having the work of the legendary Thomas David.
- Facebook minis of the month of September: Eureka has this great initiative of gathering up the most interesting minis seen on Facebook. Since the miniature activity has shifted there since long ago, there's now quite a lot to see! Should expect to have this every month from now on.
- Varathar Dark Guardian by Ringil: This model is just amazing, I will paint it myself someday.
- Soul Eater by Mirko Cavalloni: A great painted version of this Bloodthirster.
- Drys, Elven Dryad by Ringil: Wonderful paintjob on this little dryad.
- Wolf Brothers by Darren Latham: Some pictures of these guys by Darren Latham, which won Silver in Open at GD2014.
- Umbra Legates: I love the painting of this Infinity new release by Ángel Giraldez.
- Pizza Planet by Dragonsland: Great idea with the robots modelled by Antonio Fernández (Piquifl).
- Demons in Venice by River: More colourfuly themed demons by Nadezhda Reka (River).
- Vulkan by Mathieu Fontaine: Great paintjob on this Vulkan. He also did another one!
- Julian Bayliss' miniature collection: Being a huge fan of armies as I am, this army is one of a kind. Absolutely a must!
- Hail to the King by Posionauta: Leonardo shows us his latest sculpt, very cool!
- The Bottle by bijou: Nice and little conversion by bijou, very cool paintjob.
- Lessons in Priming by Meg Maples: Meg shares some of her knowledge about different priming techniques.
- Maggoth Lords the movie by Games Workshop: Warhammer: The End Times are proving quite juicy for the modeller, and this post proves so. I have never seen Games Workshop being so kind to the average modeller! What a great thing to see! I sincerely hope that Games Workshop keeps on producing more of these.
- Jessica Zombiegirl by Roman Lappat: Another step by step in Massive Voodoo, this time a female zombie bust.
